You can apply a symmetry transformation to a functional feature using the Transform command.
This task illustrates a symmetry transformation applied to a functional feature (pocket).
Click Transform . The Transform dialog box is displayed.
Set Transform type: Symmetry
Select the pocket as the feature you want to transform.
Set Reference: zx plane
Click OK.
