Modifying Insulation

Insulation added before can be modified using Modify Insulation command.

Before you begin: Open the document in which you want to modify the insulation of rigid / flexible pipe.

  1. Click Modify in the Compass Toolbar.

  2. Select the insulation to modify.

    The Table Browser dialog box opens.

  3. Click Modify Insulation > Non-spec Insulation in the balloon.

    You can also select one of the following options:

    • In-spec Insulation.
    • Out-of-spec Insulation.
    • Use an existing insulation on reference part.

    Note: For more information about these options, see Adding Insulation.

  4. Select the insulation of your choice in the Table Browser dialog box.

The original insulation is modified with the selected one.
