Adding Meta Inputs to a Template Definition

This task shows you how to add meta inputs to a template definition.

Before you begin: Either a reference or a representation must be available for selection in the specification tree as well as inputs.

  1. Click the Meta Inputs tab.

  2. Click Add in the Meta Inputs frame. A meta input is created.

    Important: To delete a meta input, select the meta input and click Delete.

  3. Change its name in the Name field.

    Important: You can filter the inputs according to their types clicking the ... button.

  4. In the Remaining Inputs frame, select the inputs that you want to associate to the meta input and click the Up arrow.
