Select Insert > Picture.
The Insert picture dialog box appears.
Browse to select an image file.
Click Open.
Click the sheet to position your picture.
The picture is imported in the active view.

Click the picture to select it.
Scaling manipulators appear.
Optional: Drag the manipulators to modify the picture
size, and/or drag the picture to the required position.
