The Vision Window

Just like humans, a manikin can see its environment. The manikin's vision can be with both eyes or limited to only one eye. Even the blind spot is simulated. Using this function, you see a scene through the manikin's eyes, displayed in a separate window.

This describes the Vision functions and how to set and edit manikin vision attributes. Please note: this feature is available in the DPM Review workbench if the workbench DPM Human Review is purchased.

Opening the Vision Window

Opening the Vision window.

  1. Click Open Vision window .

  2. Select theManikin.

    Or double-click on the Manikin > Profiles > Vision node to achieve the same results.

    The Vision Window appears.



  3. Right-clicking in theVision window, the contextual window appears.



    Command Description
    Capture This allows you to capture the window, and perform various other options.

    Properties This allows you to change the settings in the Vision Window display. See below.
    Close Closes the vision window .

  1. Right-click Vision node under Profiles.

  2. Select Properties from the contextual menu.
