Updating Finite Element Model Representations

The PLM Update command can be used in the Finite Element Modeling workbench to update finite element model representations.

When you update a finite element model representation using the PLM Update capability, all the entities linked to the finite element model representation and the features of the finite element model representation are updated.

If an error occurs when you update the finite element model representation, the standard PLM Update dialog box appears. You can use the Edit selected feature capability to fix the error (select a new support, modify the mesh size, etc.).
