Jobs submitted to a Windows HPC queue require password authentication. Once a user has been authenticated, the password is remembered for all subsequent job submissions. You must perform the initial authentication manually. Using the same service account that was used to start the server monitor (see Configuring the Server Monitor), submit a small, "dummy" job to the queue. The dummy job should be a simple script or process; for example, a script that lists the directories on the queue hosts is sufficient. The password you provide when submitting this job is remembered by the queue, and future DesignSight simulations will not require authentication. | ||||||||||
