The capability enables the reading and conversion of V5
import .txt neutral file format into the V6 model.
Before you begin: A neutral file containing V5 data must exist.
Here is an example of a V5 neutral file:
For each joint element found V5 ABF neutral file, a new fastener will
be automatically generated in the V6 model; and for each Joint Body, a new Fastener
Set instance will be generated, which means:

Fastener Set representation
If the Joint Body does not contain any Joint Element, an empty Fastener
Set Instance will be automatically generated with the default Fastener Type
(i.e, "Fst_Spot_Weld!21").
