Using Copy and Paste
In this example you will copy the Product17674
from the VPM Physical Editor into the Inputs node of the Task Management
Editor.
From the structure in the VPM Physical Editor, right-click
Product17674 and select Copy
.
The selected part is stored in the Clipboard.

In the Task Management Editor, right-click the
Inputs node and select Paste
.
Product17675 is displayed under Inputs node.
The pasted part under the Inputs node points to the same
items as the original part.

Note:
You can paste the same data multiple times
until the Clipboard is updated with new data.

Using Drag and Drop
This task shows you how to use drag and drop.
Copy and Paste can also be achieved by selecting
and dragging the Product17675 part directly in to the
Inputs node.
The mouse pointer will change into
when you start dragging. When the drag and drop will not have any effect,
the mouse pointer will change into
.
Note:
The checks for the Tasks for Catia V6 to be in final state are
not performed during the drag of the object, but only during the drop
(equivalent to Paste).
