Removing a Selected Component From a Template Definition

You can remove a selected component from a template definition.

Before you begin: At least one component must exist in the tree view.

  1. Select the component to be removed.

  2. Either, click on the Define Template Toolbar.

    Important:

    is activated only if a component is selected.

  3. Or in the specification tree, right-click the component(s) to be removed and click Remove selected components from template definition.



Tip: You can add again the removed components by following the Adding Selected Components to Components to Duplicate scenario.
