Select Resource Utilization Gantt

Select an organizational resource in the 3D view or
PPR tree.
If you want to open the Resource Utilization Gantt for
several resources, multi-select the organizational resources while pressing
the Ctrl button.
Select Assign Operation to Resource
.
Select a resource in the tree or the 3D viewer.
Select a non-assigned operation in the tree or in the Gantt chart.
The operation is assigned to the resource, and it is position under the resource node
in the Resource-Operation column of the Resource Utilization Gantt.
