Setting a Sheet as Current

Setting a sheet as current means defining the sheet as the current one, which restores the last active view of the sheet.

You can set a sheet as current, in a layout which contains several sheets.

Before you begin:
  • Open a 3D shape representation containing a layout.
  • Click and select Mechanical > 2D Layout for 3D Design to open the layout in the 2D window, alongside the 3D window.
  • Add a sheet to the layout (so that your layout now contains two sheets). The newly created sheet, Sheet.2, is automatically set as the current one.
