Clipping Annotations Plane

You can clip 3D shape according to the active view/annotation plane.

Clipping Annotations Plane on Selection

  1. Activate the Front View.2 annotation plane.

  2. Click Clipping Plane .

    The 3D shape is clipped according to the annotation plane in relation to its normal.

    Warning:

    This is the default behavior.

  3. Double-click the product containing the 3D shape in order to activate it.

  4. Click Apply Material .

    The Apply Core Material dialog box appears.

  5. Select PartBody and select Aluminium material.

  6. Click OK in the Apply Core Material dialog box.

  7. Double-click the Aluminium drafting domain which has been created in the specification tree.

  8. Specify Hatching if needed and click OK.

    Hatching are displayed.
