Inserting an Existing Folder

Creating a hierarchical structure of folders allows you to organize your reference and representation objects in a logical way. You can develop your folder hierarchy by creating new folders, creating new folders based on existing once, or by using Copy, Cut, Paste commands. This task shows you how to insert a copy of an existing folder (from the database) into the folder structure using Insert New Folder From. When inserting a folder from the database and it has the same name of an existing folder in your parent folder, the name of your new folder will get prepended with "Copy of". You can insert multiple folders into a single folder structure. In the Folder Editor window, you can insert an existing folder using the 3D representation of the folder structure, or in the folder structure tree. In this example the 3D representation is used.
