  1. On the Simulation tabbed page, click the Behaviors subtab.

  2. To add a material behavior to the Simulation domain, right-click in the Behaviors field, and select Add.

The new behavior is added to the Behaviors field.

  3. To edit the content of a behavior, highlight it in the Behaviors field, and click the individual material options in the table below to add or remove them from the behavior. A appears next to active options in the behavior.

  4. To remove a behavior from the Simulation domain, highlight the behavior, right-click in the Behaviors field, and select Delete.

  5. To change the default behavior in the simulation, highlight the new default behavior, right-click in the Behaviors field, and select Set as Default.

Subsequent DesignSight simulations involving this material will consider only the active material options in the new default behavior.

Important: Propagate the new or updated material definition to the database before using it in the DesignSight workbench (see Propagating in the Infrastructure User's Guide).
