Removing Hidden Elements from Point of View

You can remove hidden elements in a representation according to the current point of view, in order to reduce the data size.

Before you begin: Open an existing representation.

  1. Select the product in the Specification Tree.

  2. Click Statistics option.

    The Statistics dialog box appears.



  3. Click Hidden Surface Removal from Point of View .

    Hidden triangles according to the current point of view have been removed.

    In the Statistics dialog box, the full number of triangles decreased.
