Switching From Dynamic Behavior Modeling to VPM Functional Logical Editor

In order to work simultaneously on a logical component and on its behavior, you can easily switch between the two workbenches.


Before you begin: From the VPM Functional Logical Editor workbench,
  • Create a logical component.
  • Insert a dynamic behavior in this component.
  • From the RFLP tree, double-click the logical behavior node.

    The Dynamic Behavior Modeling workbench appears and displays the logical behavior.

  1. From the dock, select Specification Tree above the Package Browser.

    The RFLP structure tree appears in the dock and displays the logical system.

    The dynamic behavior is highlighted.



  2. To switch to the VPM Functional Logical Editor workbench, you can either:

    • Click Exit workbench from the Select toolbar.
    • Double-click the logical component from the RFLP structure tree.

    As a result, the VPM Functional Logical Editor window appears and displays the related logical component.

  3. To go back to the Dynamic Behavior Modeling workbench, double-click the behavior node from the RFLP tree.
