Customizing Options

You can customize the icon and help display, the toolbar position as well as the language to be used for the user interface.

  1. Select Tools > Customize... or right-click any icon in any toolbar then select Customize....

  2. In the Customize dialog box, access the Options tab:



    All the options displayed in this dialog box can be locked by the administrator. When an option is locked, it is disabled when the end user starts a session and a red lock symbol is displayed to the left of the locked option.

  3. Select the appropriate options.

    Warning:
    • The use of the User interface language option with a value other than Environment language (default) or English is not supported.
    • Regarding the Lock toolbar position option, the status (i.e. docked or undocked) and the positions of the toolbars are managed workbench per workbench. Therefore, it is recommended to make sure that the toolbars are correctly arranged in every workbench you are planning to use before activating this option.

  4. Click Close to validate.

  5. Restart your session to take the new options into account.
