Drilling Holes

A drilling hole is a feature used to mount a board in its case.

You can drill selected contours to obtain holes.

You can also drill holes on both boards and manufacturing panels imported using an IDF file.

  1. Your initial document looks like this:

  2. Expand the specification tree to display the CBD Holes entry.



  3. Click or Ctrl-click one or more holes in the specification tree.

  4. Click Drill Holes Or right-click and select Selected objects > Drill holes.

    In the specification tree, the holes you have just drilled are no longer in the CBD Holes container. They are now located under the Board entry as:

    In the geometry area, the holes are actually drilled.
