Searching Documents

This task shows you how to search for VPM Documents.

1. To display PLM documents using Quick Search, type the search criteria for the document in the Quick Search bar, press Enter (or click the Search ).

   Important: To search for documents using Quick Search type the following search string. (This command is enabled for documents only). vpmdoc:<search string> vpmdocument:<search string>

2. The list of documents is displayed in the Search Results Window.

   
   
   

   
   
   

This task shows you how to search for Web Documents.

1. To display PLM documents using Quick Search, type the search criteria for the document in the Quick Search bar, press Enter (or click the Search ).
