Compiling a Block

You can compile an LCM program, and use the code generator options.

The Build command generates the object file <block_name>.lcmo used when running a simulation. The .lcmo file build fails if the following errors are detected:

Causality loop
Instantaneous loop.

Moreover, a warning is issued in case of potential double emission if the corresponding option is set.

Select the block you want to compile and click .

Refer to the Build section (Tools > Options > Automation > Build tab) for information about how to set the build options.
