Overview

Global Production System Planning enables the definition of supply chain network and logistics relations of manufacturing systems. It is dedicated to Process Planners and Value Chain Planners for defining and managing the life-cycle of their supply and logistics systems.

Based on the V6 PPR data model, Global Production System Planning provides tools to determine the overall physical supply/demand network: management of all information flows, physical flows and interfaces between different actors, producers and suppliers involved in the manufacture of a product.

The Global Production System Planning User's Guide is intended for users who need to become quickly familiar with the application.
