Results

The Results tab lets you customize a 3D animation, once it has been performed within the Dynamic Behavior Modeling workbench.

Select this tab to access options for:

Movement Follow-up

Select one or more options to customize the traces following the 3D shape in the animation viewer.

Follow selected object

By default, this option is not selected.

Follow object in X-direction

By default, this option is selected.

Follow object in Y-direction

By default, this option is selected.

Follow object in Z-direction

By default, this option is selected.

Follow rotations of object

By default, this option is selected.

Animation

Number of history frames
Set the number of preceding frames which will be visible along with the current frame.

By default, this option is set to 0.

Display of history frames with interval during simulation:

Interval between frames
Set the interval between frames. This improves the visualization of the animation when there are numerous frames.

By default, this option is set to 1.

Synchronize with real time

Select this option to perform the virtual execution at real time speed and skip steps if needed.

When this option is not selected, the virtual execution is performed at maximum speed.

By default, this option is not selected.

Results management settings

Maximum number of variable browsers
Set the maximum number of variable browsers that can be displayed simultaneously (1 being the minimum, and 9999 the maximum value you can use). The oldest variable browser is closed when the limit is reached.

By default, this option is set to 3.

Plots

Update plotters after virtual execution

Select this option to have the Plotter window updated after a parameter modification and simulation replay.

By default, this option is selected.
