Launching Simulation

You can start the simulation either by Compass Play or Simulation Player toolbar.

  1. Select a system.

  2. Click Play in PLM Compass.



    During simulation, the corresponding products are represented on the system tiles in their design positions.

    Note: If there is no exposed scenario in Live System Editor, then the nominal system simulation is executed. If an active scenario exists, then it get simulated.

  3. Select an active scenario in Live System Editor and click or click Play in PLM Compass.



    By default, the current scenario is selected automatically.

    The Simulation Player toolbar appears to execute and control the system simulation.
