Working in a Conference Native to your Collaboration Server

A Conference that is native to your collaboration server enables you to create standard IBM Lotus Sametime or Microsoft Communicator meetings.

  • In the Workplace, right-click a group name or a user and select Conferencing.

    An Invite others to a meeting dialog box appears.

    By default, the invitees list contains the designated user or the users belonging to the designated group.
