Rotating a Curve

You can rotate a curve around one of the three axes of the handle.


Before you begin: Create a 3D shape containing a curve.
  1. Click Modification .

  2. Optional: Select the curve.

  3. Click Transformations .

  4. Click Rotation .

  5. Optional: Click the curve to position the manipulators depending on the mouse cursor position.

  6. Optional: Move the mouse cursor to highlight the desired rotation axis.

  7. Hold down the left-mouse button and drag to rotate the curve.



  8. Release the left-mouse button when you are satisfied with the new position of the curve.

    Tip: You can press Ctrl while in the command to rotate the curve in 5 degree increments.
