Inserting Images (Raster or Vector)

You can insert a picture in a drawing representation.

Before you begin: Open a drawing representation containing a sheet and a view.

Editing Raster Images

  1. Select Insert > Picture.

    The Insert picture dialog box appears.

  2. Browse to select an image file.

  3. Click Open.

  4. Click the sheet to position your picture.

  5. Click the picture to select it.

    Scaling manipulators appear.

  6. Optional: Drag the manipulators to modify the picture size, and/or drag the picture to the required position.
