About Balloon Bars

Many tools are now accessed using dynamic, contextual toolbars called balloons. A balloon is a smart toolbar. It appears when selecting elements in various commands, like when creating a track, or sectioning, and shows only those tools that can be applied to the current selection or action.

Initially the balloon is displayed in an unobtrusive low-light mode, but it becomes more visible when you move the mouse over it. Additional options may also be displayed vertically.

To change an option, just pause over it and select a new option from the vertical balloon that appears.

To move the balloon out of the way and improve the view of your geometry, select an extremity of the balloon and drag it to a new location.
