Creating Axis Lines and Center Lines

You can create axis and center lines on several circles simultaneously.

  1. Click Axis Line and Center Line in the Dress-up toolbar (Axis and Threads sub-toolbar).





  2. Select the circles on which you want to create the axis lines and center lines.



    The axes and center lines are created.



  3. Select an axis line manipulator and drag it along a direction. You can notice that thread axis lines are modified symmetrically.

Tip: If you want to move only one axis line, hold on the Ctrl key while you are dragging the manipulator.

Note: When creating axes and center lines in a Generative Drafting context, a message will be displayed if axes and center line cannot be associative to the 3D.
