Online Documentation
This section briefly describes the various aids provided to help you find the information
you need quickly and efficiently as well as navigate easily in the online documentation.
Full-text search
Use the Search box in the banner to search for specific terms or phrases.

portal to move quickly from one guide to another or one part of a guide to another.
Online documentation is organized by brand and solution.

bar on the left. Terms and definitions are listed in alphabetical order. Use the
Glossary search box to search for a term or a word in a term.

know where you are in the guide and to go directly to a higher level.
Navigation box
Use the navigation box to keep your bearings. Located at the top right on
individual topics, this box, if available, contains links to related tasks, concepts and reference information.
Hyperlinks
Use these links to move from one part of a guide to another or from one guide to
another.
All these aids are designed to help you know where you are and how documentation
is organized as well as to give you a sense of context.
Online User Assistance
Different forms of online user assistance are available to the end-user when working
with products. Seamlessly integrated into the overall design, they enable you to
get help easily. This section briefly describes three common forms.
Contextual access to online user documentation
Provides contextual help on the current command. Available for all WinTop commands,
the appropriate task is accessed via the Help command in the Help
menu, or the F1 key. When available, it can also be accessed via a link
in the What's This? help.
Tooltip
Available for all WinTop toolbar and dialog box icons. Tooltips appear after the
pointer remains over the icon for a short period of time.
What's This? help
Available for all WinTop toolbar icons and most dialog box controls, this
context-sensitive help is automatically displayed when the pointer remains over
the icon tooltip for a short period of time. If no tooltip exists, the help message
is displayed directly; this is true of dialog box help messages in particular. This
default behavior can be changed by clearing the Automatically display help messages
check box in Tools > Customize... > Options.
Help messages can also be accessed via the What's This? command in both
the Standard toolbar and Help menubar, the Shift+F1
key, or the What's This? button on dialog box title bars.
Note: Currently only tooltips are available for Web-style applications.
