Modifying Keyword Values

This task shows you how to modify keyword values.

  1. Click Activate Edit Mode in the Keyword Edition toolbar. The keyword value attributes are now editable.

    Note: The tool-tip is disabled, when you click the Activate Edit Mode in the Keyword Edition toolbar.

  2. To modify the keyword values, select the cell from the Item Table.



    You can also select multiple rows of items by pressing Ctrl.



  3. Enter a new keyword value or select the predefined value from the drop-down combo box.

    You can also key in the following values:

    • Free value (keyed in by the user)
    • Default value (same value as at chapter level)
    • Unset value (explicitly set to no value)

    A notification message appears, if invalid value is entered.

  4. Click Activate Propagate Mode in the Keyword Edition toolbar, to propagate the modification of the default value on the sub chapter default values .

  5. The new value appears for the selected keyword.



    The is no more displayed before the modified keyword value.

  6. Repeat the task from Step 2 to Step 4 for multiple editing of keyword values.
