Adding Keywords

This task shows you how to add keywords.

  1. Select a chapter.

  2. Click Manage Keywords or right-click the chapter and select Chapter > Manage Keywords.

    The Keyword Edition dialog box appears.

  3. Click Add Keyword to create new keywords to the selected chapter. The expanded view of Add Keyword toolbar appears.

  4. Enter the name of the keyword in the Name box.

  5. In the Type list, select the keyword type.

  6. In the Value box, enter a keyword value.

    Note: By default, the value is left as unset.

  7. Click Add Keyword or press Enter.

    The keyword is added under the selected chapter.



    Note: All items will inherit this keyword as well as its value (default value). A appears before the keyword value.

  8. Repeat the task from Step 4 to Step 7, to add as many keywords you want.
